My mom fainted and fell head down first while no one was looking... but it seems she regained consciousness rather quickly and before the paramedics arrived.

They said she should be fine but they still took her to the hospital just in case. Dad went with her.

Yup, I just had to get sick the week before and my mom is ending up in the hospital just a day before my bday.

Yay life, you SUCK.

New cousin!

Yesterday, at around 2h15PM, my uncle and his wife welcomed a baby girl into their life. Both the mother and the baby are doing well.

Her first pictures (via my cell phone): Mai Chi, some 6 hours old (taken yesterday evening)

It's ALIIIIIIIIIIVE!

[News #1] new number: 514-827-5086, with txtmsgs that WORKS!

[News #2] I'm getting a new baby girl cousin soon (sometimes next month - my uncle (mom's side) got married last summer).

[News #3] I'm getting a nephew/niece around the end of the year (my cousin (also mom's side) got married last september).

[News #4] I'm taking an extra year to finish my psych bachelor... not sure what I'm doing next. Maybe a clothing/t-shirt line? Who's willing to help me promote?

[News #5] Job hunting. Trying out for one this Wednesday but I'm still looking for other possibilities.

[News #6] I'm so flat broke.

[News #7] SYTYCD! Top 3 faves: Mark/Chelsie (they steal my heart each time), Joshua/Katee (so lovely, lovely, lovely!) & Twitch/Kherington (much fun!).

[News #8] I read too much yaoi/shonen-ai. (I'm always on my writing-lj, instead of this one.)

[News #9] It's almost Canada's Day.

[News #10] I don't know. Just thought I needed to round it off with a 10. Oh yeah! WEIRD WEATHER!

Laters!

Oh wait.

[news #11] I need new userpics. BLEEEH. Come see me on facebook!

So much that while outside the front porch to pick a few things of ours up and put them inside before they flew off, a big branch fell not even a feet from where I was at one moment. Heard a major crack, turned around right as I was stepping back inside and saw this branch/branches hitting the ground where I was not even 3 seconds before.

I doubt it would've killed someone my size (even if I'm short), but it probably would've been enough to knock me out completely unconscious. It's still lying there in our front yard, about 2 feet from the porch and barely inches from the path connecting the front door to the sidewalk.

The wind was already enough to discourage from going to class, the branch freaked me out completely.

I might be making a big deal outta nothing, but I'd very much like to keep all of my head, thank you very much.

There's like... papers and plastic bags and trash flying all over the place. And it's like hearing a kid cry/scream every few minutes. Driving me insane!

In other news, holy jeez, I did much better than I expected in my classes last semester. Except for one... but whatev. Grrr.

Happy belated New Year. Hope everyone's doing fine.

Woah, I do believe it's been more than half a year I've been here! Weird. I haven't even been reading any updates from my friends-list. Apologies. >_<

Anyway, being in school and studying/working on homeworks every friday is not my idea of fun. And I have a midterm tomorrow morning! Eeeeek, better head out of the library and to the H building multimedia-lab to work on my language lab!

Something should be done for Halloween, btw.
